Letter from Indoril Ilvi

To the esteemed Hetman Varo,

The word got to me regarding the struggles of your last harvest. I extend my heartfelt condolences. Know that the people of Dondril remain in our thoughts and prayers, and they shall remain there until Almsivi hear them out. You must take solace in the fact that your plight will end one day, and every moment brings you so much closer to that day.

To help you in the interim, my servant has brought you supplies. We shall send more if needed; however, I've been told that you have bartered with Imperial traders from the city of Khalaan. Know this, hetman: while the Dragon is our ally, you must be careful when dealing with it, as it knows nothing but greed. It sits on its stolen hoard of gold in a city that rightfully belongs to us, and it only seeks to expand its hoard further -- regardless of the consequences.

The outlander Dragon is not your enemy, yet it's neither your friend nor kin. The only family that will always be there for you is the chapelry. We only have your best interests in mind, and we toil day and night to protect you from those who seek you harm. We only ask you that you do the same for us.
