Entry 1

I am finally here. Now, to find the abnormal growth that Arquebald mentioned. I believe this will prove to be more complicated than anticipated. This place is seemingly endless, and I got separated from Arquebald on my way in. The door that I entered through is locked. It looks like I will have to find a key in here.

Entry 2

I have a limited supply of paper and ink with me, but I will try to document my experiences with the magic here (possibly otherworldy in origin?) to the best of my ability and hopefully find a way to stop its expansion.

Entry 3

First major surprise. The Celaudine method seems to somehow be nonapplicable here. Even the more primitive intervention does not work. Note to self: Remember to bring an arcane engine on the next visit.

Entry 4

I dragged a bedroll from the bedroom into the hall. Hard to sleep when you don't know how many hours (days?) have passed, but having an encampment in a central location will lead to more systematized observations.

Entry 5

All doors are either barred, locked or trapped. except the one at the top of this staircase. The architectural style of the construction poses a lot of questions. It's familiar and yet, in some way, very different. Illogical.

Entry 6

Finally found a key, don't know how I've missed it before. The lack of food and proper sleep must be getting to me. Onwards to the next room (dimension?).
