Recommended action: none

FORT WINDMOTH

Commandant: Arvs Rethrathi

Alert state: Tiger

Current status: In severe disrepair; curtain wall badly damaged. Severe problems with discipline. The commandant has requested financial aid (5,000 septims) for repairs and soldiers' wages.

Recommended action: Fund the necessary repairs of the curtain wall (2,500 septims). Severe measures may be required to restore order if things in the fort do not improve.

FORT SERVAS

Commandant: Servas Capris

Alert state: Moth

Current status: Commandant Capris reports that trade with the local Telvanni remains stable, and that relations are broadly positive.

Recommended action: none

FORT UMBERMOTH

Commandant: Cinia Andacia

Recommended action: Prohibit the use of alcohol for all except the high-ranking officers.

FORT DUSTMOTH

Commandant: Thromil Rufus

Alert state: Tiger

Current status: The garrison has poor relations with local ducal guard order, the Order of Firewatch, and Firewatch's residents. Reports of drunkenness and corruption are common. The garrison appears to be substantially undermanned. Knight-Commander Thromil Rufus and the Order of Firewatch remain wary of the high command in Ebonheart.

Recommended action: Attempt to establish trust between high command and Firewatch Legionary authorities. Assess actions on corruption and drunkenness at a later date.

FORT FIREMOTH

Commandant: (deceased)

Alert state: Dragon

Current status: Abandoned. In severe disrepair. Occupied by a hostile army of undead.

Recommended action: Watch the island. Consider using freelancers to retrieve the Ward of Akavir.
