Recipe for Boiled Water
1. Rinse pot to make sure it is clean.
2. Pour water carefully into pot.
3. Put pot on fire.
4. Wait until great big bubbles appear.
5. Take pot off fire and serve.
Do NOT leave on fire after great big bubbles appear. If you do, the water will disappear and you'll have to start over.
This old family recipe goes great with boiled kwama eggs, boiled ash yams, and boiled saltrice.
