Dear Brother
Dear Brother
We are estranged lately, so I leave this letter here where you will find it rather than risking another fight at your front door. Please do not ignore this. I would not write if I did not believe it was important.
I hope that you find this before going to pay your respects, for I have concerning news. I was making an offering to grandfather when his spirit appeared to me in an uproar. "Restless!" he kept repeating. "Restless! Chafing wrists! Bound! Unbound!"
He would not stop repeating it. I believe it is a warning. I thought to bring this to the Temple but something stayed my hand. I think he was trying to drive me away. His visage was so horrible, brother. It was like he was alive again. I think it might be best if we leave the spirits to their rest a little while.
I do not mean to frighten or tell you what to do. Commune with our ancestors but take care what you say to them. They are restless, I tell you.
I know I don't deserve to ask, but will you give my love to your daughters?
Your loving sister,
Dalnorea
