I apologize if my sincere attempt at bolstering the operations in the Charter seemed like insubordination. The order to cease operations has already been given. I assure you that I respect the authority of the Council. I only did this because it seemed like a rare opportunity to affect my influence, since my appointment took any official influence in foreign affairs away from me. Once again, I humbly beg you to allow me to meet with your father so this whole business can be sorted, and my seat in the council returned.
