Find targets in Hlerynhul, preferably people that nobody will miss. Feed them the special potion Dra'Baindi has made for you, with the blessing of the Fiend King.

Once the target has drunk the potion, command him with the following instructions to Ashishibishi: - Exit Hlerynhul through the south gate. - Follow the paved road until just before it turns south near an ancestral tomb. Continue going east. - Turn to the northeast and follow the peninsula until you reach a partially submerged Daedric shrine on your left, dive and enter the shrine.
