Council Affairs of Note

In light of reported taxation riots in Balmora, the council requests for the Alma Rula to impose a moratorium on the settlement of Vvardenfell.

Participation in outlaw groups is on the rise. In its advisory capacity to the Grand Council of Morrowind, the council strongly urges King Hlaalu Athyn Llethan to ease the levies on Velothi smallfolk. His Eminence Indoril Ilvi requests a grant of emergency Hortator powers from the council, to confront the growing influence of House Hlaalu. Quorum is achieved. Her Eminence Indoril Meris votes in the negative, while Their Eminences Indorils Seras, Dorom, and Indalas abstain. The Alma Rula abstains from a tie-breaking vote.

An election for the position of High Councillor of the Indoril High Council is called. Quorum is not achieved.
