An odd little town on the northern shore of Lake Andaram. There's not much there, but it's the fastest way to reach Deshaan from here. Riltse Helandil Disposition ≥ 30
Aimrah is one of the towns within Indoril Beroth's demesne. It sits to the west on Lake Andaram's northern shore and is a short journey by palanquin. Gilar Verelnim
It's an Indoril port town, east across the river, on the shore of Lake Andaram. It's said that the local Velothi are a peculiar lot. Sailors, fishermen, and pearl-divers, mostly. Don't like outsiders much. I believe you can get there on a silt strider via Almas Thirr. Feldril Sathis Disposition ≥ 30
Yes, it's the small port town to the south, on the shore of Lake Andaram. It's not often that I get passengers wanting to go there. The locals there are an odd lot. They keep to themselves and are really mistrusting of all outsiders. I can take you there, if you want to see the town with your own eyes. The fare is cheap enough. Ivrea Llothro
Yes, I have a ship now. I could leave Aimrah behind me whenever I wanted to. Sail across the lake. Never return. Perhaps... perhaps I will. Soon. But not yet. Anara Marvus
The crew and I only interact with the dockworkers when we're loading cargo on board, but even brief encounters like that with the local Velothi are quite enough. There's something disconcerting about them that I can't quite put my finger on. Who knows why they are like that. Maybe it's the lake air? I don't know. Salmaru Rathryon Disposition ≥ 30
Seems a little steep, but alright. Take the money to her, will you? I won't be going back to that inn! Horrav Fillipian Disposition ≥ 80
No... you're lying to me, aren't you? Are you in cahoots with the townsfolk? What sort of sick joke is this? Horrav Fillipian
Well... nothing actually happened. It was more of a feeling -- a certainty -- that I was in mortal danger. Like I was constantly being watched by someone. At night, they tried to break into the room I was staying in. Or that's what I think. I decided I couldn't take it anymore, packed my things, and left. I'll be going to Almas Thirr now. From there, I can find a ship to take me back to civilization. Horrav Fillipian
Good. I wish I never had set my foot in that blasted town myself. The townspeople... they don't like outlanders like us. I'm a scholar of biology, you see. I came here to study Lake Andaram and its dreugh. I guess I offended some of the locals with my questions, because I had to run for my life! Horrav Fillipian
Listen to me. Don't make the same mistake I did. The townspeople... they don't like outlanders like us. I'm a scholar of biology, you see. I came here to study Lake Andaram and its dreugh. I guess I offended some of the locals with my questions, because I had to run for my life! Horrav Fillipian
No way I'm ever setting my foot in that town again! The air was stale, as if the lake was putrid. And the locals were... less than friendly. I'll be going to Almas Thirr now. From there I can find a ship to take me back to civilization. Horrav Fillipian
I've lived here all my life, but this place has never felt like home to me. This is a miserable town... Oh, what wouldn't I do to get out of here! Anara Disposition ≥ 30 Aimrah
I reckon you've already realized this town isn't very welcoming to outsiders. It's not your fault, friend. Some say that suspicion and superstition are in every true Aimrah native's blood. He he he. With the exception of me, of course! Old Zadathys isn't averse to strangers. I welcome them all. Especially the ones who buy me drinks. Zadathys Aldrethi Disposition ≥ 30 Aimrah
I'm from Almas Thirr originally, so I'm not one of the locals. Can't say I like this town very much, if I'm perfectly honest. Ivon Seloth Disposition ≥ 30 Aimrah
Yes, you're in Aimrah now, on the shore of the great Lake Andaram. This is a small Velothi settlement, home to sailors, fishermen, and dockworkers. If you're looking for someone in particular or some specific place, I can tell you more, but in the end we're all just humble subjects of the Indoril Beroth. Disposition ≥ 30 Aimrah
Thankfully, I have only had to visit Aimrah once. Nasty people. Foul smell. I choose to ply the Thirr instead. If you must visit Aimrah, Fathalas Romalen on the eastern pier can take you there. Milvela Gidran Disposition ≥ 30
I had thought about visiting Aimrah too, seeing as I was in the area, but the good people at the ferry post dissuaded me. It sounds like a miserable place. I can still mark it on your map, if you want to go there yourself. Raladas Llerethi Disposition ≥ 30
Aimrah is a small, dour town on the north shore of Lake Andaram. House Indoril uses it to access the lake and trade with House Dres to the south, but I don't know of any sailor who looks forward to docking there. The people of Aimrah are not welcoming, unless you're after a sermon. Great House Hlaalu Disposition ≥ 30 Maar-Bani Crossing
Aimrah is a small Velothi town on the northern shore of Lake Andaram. Despite its humble size, the town is an important trade hub for House Indoril, handling goods shipped to and from the Dres lands in the south across the lake. Savant Disposition ≥ 30
