I have a few ideas for how to destroy it, but first I want to see if I can free the souls inside. Thank you again for bringing it to me.

I suppose I can wait. Just don't let the Daedra get their hands on it again.

Thank you. It feels like there are still souls inside. I'm hopeful that there's a way to free them, but they may be too far gone. At least no one else will be consumed by it. Please take this robe for your help. I found it a long time ago when I tried to venture beyond the sewers.

You actually found it! If you give it to me, I'll see what I can do to destroy it.

I don't know what it looks like, but it should be somewhere in the Daedric towers to the west. Check the shrine rooms and anywhere with evidence of ritual activity. And be careful, %PCClass.

Are you afraid to get involved? It's difficult to blame you. The Daedra are not kind to those who act against them.

I can't thank you enough. The ghosts were taken to the Daedric towers west of here, so that's where I'd start looking. Be careful -- the Crux will be well guarded. These potions might help if you get into a tough spot.

It's a soul gem of some kind that the Daedra created. They've been rounding up ghosts from around here to empower it. I'm not sure what they're planning, but it can't be anything good. You're the first one I've seen who might actually be able to do something about it. Would you please find the Crux and bring it to me? I have a few ideas for how to destroy it.
