Yes, that's me. How did you know that? How did you come to be outside of space?

Speaking. What do you need?

Everybody's glad to have her back. Perhaps me most of all.

Visit her. She'll be very happy to see you.

She's waiting for you in her quarters. You can find them on the lower floors of the tower. You'll need this key to get in.

Take the Amulet of Passwall back to Alta Vathor. Mhas will bring you to her.

We'll need Passwall if we're going to get to her. Have you made any progress?

Lord Mhas told you where she is? That's wonderful news, but the bit about you needing Passwall to reach her is troubling. I may have an idea on that, though.

The Arch-Mage disappeared while she was working to rediscover the spell Passwall. I don't know where she is. That's what I'm sending you to find out.

The Arch-Mage is not here at present. I am standing in her absence. That's all I have to say about the matter, for now.

She is where she belongs. What more do you need of me?

I can guide you to her, but you will need Passwall first to step outside of space. You'll have to pick up where your Arch-Mage left off.

My patience is running thin, mortal. The next time you come here, you had better have it with you.

Your incompetence is forgiven. I will tell you where your Arch-Mage went. She successfully resurrected Passwall, however some corruption in the spell lingered. Instead of stepping through space, she stepped outside it, to a place that has lingered there -- a place outside of space -- since Passwall was last destroyed. If you were to step outside space, it would be to your doom. But with my guidance, you could follow the Arch-Mage. You will need to recover Passwall yourself, however, to make the first step.

Have you brought me the Golden Saint's soul?

Then hurry along and get it. I will wait.

I gave you a task that the simplest of all scamps could perform and you've still managed to fail. Still, I will give you a second chance, if only for the sake of my respect for the great Galerion. Bring me the soul of a Golden Saint. I have a new enchantment technique I'd like to try, but it will require a large soul. This is your last chance.

At long last. As promised, I will tell you where your Arch-Mage went. She successfully resurrected Passwall, however some corruption in the spell lingered. Instead of stepping through space, she stepped outside it, to a place that has lingered there -- a place outside of space -- since Passwall was last destroyed. If you were to step outside as well, it would be to your doom. But with my guidance, you could follow the Arch-Mage. You will need to recover Passwall yourself, however, to make the first step.

Your business is in the Narsis catacombs now. Bring me the soul of Saharkhan Volnyr. Do you have it with you, mortal?

A wise decision. Only a great fool would surrender the Gauntlets of the Poor freely. You claimed them with strength. By the laws of Clan Dremora, they belong to you. I will find the Arch-Mage, but it will take time. In that time, you will go to the catacombs in Narsis. When you are there, you will trap the soul of the spirit called Saharkhan Volnyr in this gem and bring it back to me. Once that is done, I will tell you where your Arch-Mage is. Now go.

Then go and fetch them. I will remain here.

Then we have come to a deal, mortal. Your Arch-Mage successfully resurrected Passwall, however some corruption in the spell lingered. Instead of stepping through space, she stepped between it, to a place that has lingered there -- a place outside of space -- since Passwall was last destroyed. If you were to step between as well, it would be to your doom. But with my guidance, you could follow the Arch-Mage. You will need to recover Passwall yourself, however, to make the first step.

Have you brought the Gauntlets of the Poor with you? That is my price, mortal. No more, no less.

You have your lost Arch-Mage, and you summoned me back to the mortal plane so I will find her for you. I know this. Give me the hat. I can use it to find her, but first you will return to me the Gauntlets of the Poor. That is the price of my help.

You say you want me to find your lost Arch-Mage, and that you have her hat. But you don't have a hat anywhere. Not that I can see, at least. And very little escapes my sight.
