Directly north of that ruin is Atemu. The entrance may be slightly obscured by the slope of a hill. If you walk north and reach a little netch ranch, you've gone too far. And if you keep walking north and somehow manage to stumble into that larger Daedric ruin over yonder? That's when I would turn around, personally.

Well then, listen close: You can reach Atemu by setting out along the road from Ald Marak until you reach a fork in the road. Turn right on that fork, then on the one after that. Keep going until you're standing next to the dome of a big Velothi tower called Rallabala. Once you're there, that's when you go off-road. Go east and walk towards a modest little Daedric ruin called Alta Vathor.

It is a nix-hound den. We've had to cull their numbers before, so do not hesitate to do so again if need be. The cave is due directly east of the Kogotel, but you can talk to Edosi Irano if you need clearer directions. She is downstairs, I believe.
