Poor child. He's resting in his hammock at the moment. To get to his room, leave this one and make a left. Cross the canal and then make another left. Make a right at the turn and Bedal's room will be the first on your right. Please, try your best to cure him. None of the remedies I've tried so far have worked in the slightest.

Remember, once you get to the sewers, the path to the Beggar Tong will be marked with red arrows on the wall. Inise Llarvu will be able to fill you in from there.

Inise Llarvu, a friend to the Temple, asked us to help him. He is violently ill and cannot travel. You are to go to the Beggar Tong and bring him this potion. Finding him might be difficult, so listen carefully. The Beggar Tong's headquarters are in the sewers under the St. Veloth Quarter. There are several entrances along the canal. No matter which you choose, the way to the Tong will be marked with red arrows. Once you find the Tong, Inise will be better able to direct you to him.

Last I heard, Inise Llarvu was taking care of him.
