He's in the cell just over there.

You made a real mess of that situation. There's no sugarcoating it. Just leave it be.

You killed him? You shouldn't have done that, %pcrank. I'm sure no one will mourn his passing, but this isn't good for the Legion's image here. I can't even begin to imagine what Llavela Vian is thinking. You have to learn how to better follow the orders your superiors give you.

You went all the way to Narsis so you could call Bedras on a lie? I knew I picked the right person for the job. Here's your pay for the guard duty. And because you didn't cause a scene at the House of Red Wings, here's a little something extra for you. Llavela Vian is a good friend to have. Thanks for keeping us in her good graces.

You're a creative one, aren't you? I knew I picked the right person for the job. Here's your pay for the guard duty. And because you didn't cause a scene at the House of Red Wings, here's a little something extra for you. Llavela Vian is a good friend to have. Thanks for keeping us in her good graces.

I asked you to avoid a scene at the House of Red Wings, %pcrank. Perhaps it was unavoidable. Bedras seems like he's a real piece of work. I'll lock him up after I get him booked. Here's your pay for the guard duty.

That's what I thought. Now go back to your post and tell your commander you failed.

I'm not going with you. You'll have to force me!

A caretaker? What?! If my friends could here you talking like that... oh, never mind. You caught me. Just take me in. I won't fight you.

You want to arrest me? What for? I don't have to listen to you. House Hlaalu has the power in this town, not the Legion. And I have powerful friends back in Narsis. Ever hear of Brevur Heights? Cross me and my friends there won't like it, that's for sure.

Got dust in your ears? I already told you about him.

Bedras Fels was one of our caretakers. His swept dust and cleaned chamberpots here until he was fired for incompetence two years ago. Is that all you wanted to know? Good. Now get lost.

What do you want to know about him for? Mind your own business, n'wah.

I don't know. I wouldn't tell you if I did know. Get lost, n'wah.

The name sounds familiar, but %name can't quite place it. Try asking Tirer Gimothran in the lobby. He might know. He might even tell you if you catch him in a good mood.

I'm not sure why you had to kill him. He was annoying but that doesn't justify murder.

He was only a caretaker? Ha! The way he's been talking, you'd think he was Orvas Dren himself.

Brevur Heights. Hmph. Sure, and I'm Queen Barenziah.

It was very kind of your commander to tell you not to cause a stir. A stir may be difficult to avoid, though. Bedras thinks he can get away with anything. That's the only reason I haven't kicked him out yet. He'd just come back the next day even meaner than before. He claims he has powerful friends back in Narsis. Brevur Heights, specifically. I doubt it. Even if he knows someone there, I doubt it's anybody important. He's much too low class to be that connected.

I haven't had any issues with him. He seems to leave the out-of-towners alone for the most part.

Another rogue come to pick the town's bones. They come and go.

I wish Llavela would let me throw him out already.

He's just over there. He's as mean as they come, but he seems to like my performance.

If you need time to prepare, that's fine. Just try to avoid a brawl if you can.

Fels is a small-time thief from Narsis. He's suspected as the culprit of a string of petty thefts around Shipal-Sharai. I want you to make an arrest. He spends a lot of time at the House of Red Wings just next door. Avoid making a scene if you can. Llavela Vian, the matron, has proven herself to be a friend to the Legion. We shouldn't repay that by making a mess of her establishment. Bring Bedras back here once you make the arrest.
