She's the daughter of Garisa Llethri, who's the leader of the Waters March. Beneath her oh-so-honorable exterior, she must resent being stuck in the junior position at Ald Marak while Felmaru Llendu commands the garrison in Ald Iuval.

My daughter is the commander of Ald Marak. I hope she'll be able to take over the Waters March one day. I wish I could be there to guide her, but I trust Felmaru Llendu to do a fine job in my absence.

Yes, I've had the pleasure of being introduced to the young Commander. She seems like a bright girl. We talked for quite a while.

You've been expelled from %Faction. I cannot speak of this with you unless you make amends.

Hmm. A shame, but at least it seems like Delis is taking my lessons to heart. She did the right thing. She recognized an opportunity to prevent further bloodshed and seized it, as she should have. She didn't hesitate. She didn't cower in fear. The soldiers knew what they were going into, and they died an honorable death. Nothing ventured means nothing gained, %PCRank. I learned that lesson a long time ago. Did I ever tell you the story of how I lost my eye?

Please don't keep Delis waiting for too long. It sounded quite urgent.

It has to do something with the dreugh. Delis was a bit sparse with the details. She'll tell you more.

My protege, I suppose. Councilor Llethri has entrusted me with her training. She's not making it easy for me, that's for sure. Her heart is in the right place, but she has much to learn before she's ready to replace her old man on the council.

She is the commander of Ald Marak, the fortress on the other side of the strait. If you have business with her, you should be asking at the Ald Marak Kogotel.

Now that I oversee Ibbi-Suen, I report to her directly. There are exceedingly few people I respect more, and none I would rather serve.

Delis Llethri is Redoran, through and through. There are exceedingly few people I respect more, even having been away these many years.

The young commander is brash and honorable to a fault. And although inexperienced, her cautious optimism has steered her retainers well through what has otherwise been a dire period in the history of an already beleaguered Waters March. Gives terrible directions, though.

Delis is upstairs, conducting official House Redoran business.

I'm quite grateful to the commander. If not for her, I might still be a slave. Instead I'm a formal member of House Redoran now, even if not exactly a highly-paid or respected one.

Open your eyes, %PCClass.

What do you need?

Delis Llethri is the commander of Ald Marak. She is the daughter and heir of Garisa Llethri, the Lord of the Waters March. You can find her in the Kogotel.

I heard she doesn't approve of us. Tough luck. She might have the more pompous family name, but Felmaru Llendu is her superior.

You've been expelled from the Fighters Guild for breaking the rules. You'll have to make amends before I can discuss orders with you.

It's not possible to restore my former alliance with her. But now that the %Faction has no more deals with Ivul Hleryn, there will be other clients ready to hire us for all types of contracts.

She rules the Redoran garrison in Ald Marak. An honorable mer. I crossed paths with her and filled some contracts for her soon after Micarya, the Guildmaster in Narsis, appointed me here. But if you're staying on her side now, we have nothing to discuss.

She rules the Redoran garrison in Ald Marak. An honorable mer. I crossed paths with her and filled some contracts for her soon after Guildmaster Micarya appointed me here. Do you think it has something to do with Ivul Hleryn's funding and Hlaalu influence on my chapter? Let's discuss that.

She rules the Redoran garrison in Ald Marak. An honorable mer. I crossed paths with her and filled some contracts for her soon after Micarya, the Guildmaster in Narsis, appointed me here. But in our current situation, a partnership with Delis Llethri is no longer possible. In a place such as Morrowind, eventually you have to pick a side. And staying on the losing side is not good for business.

Delis Llethri is the commander of the Redoran garrison in Ald Marak. We've received our orders from her.
