Quite wonderful, isn't it?

You have the Feather Spear! Yes, it truly lives up to its name. Now I must return the Mosslog to you and ask you to use it to bring me three mudcrabs. The Feather Spear will lead you to the strongest mudcrabs in the area. Show them the Mosslog and they will surely follow.

Go to Llathros Edri, the pawnbroker in Port Telvannis. It may be hard to convince him to relinquish such a powerful item, but I know you are capable of the task.

No refunds.

Sure, take it. The stupid thing doesn't write straight anyway.

You don't even have three gold pieces? What kind of %PCClass are you?

I feel sorry for you, outlander. Aren't you embarrassed?

Sorry. You need to have your Hospitality Papers before I am allowed to do any business with you. You can get them from Allasi Enduren in the Avenue. Come back with them and we'll talk.

Have you found those three gold pieces yet?

The Feather Spear? Ha! You want that old thing? I thought I'd never get rid of it. I'll sell it to you for three gold pieces.
