You have a lot of nerve bringing up that name in here, n'wah.

You and your Legion got him killed. I went to you for help! Now I'm a widow.

The less said about that matter, the better.

That's me. What do you need, friend?

You saved his life. You should be proud.

Meldras died? I'm very disappointed in you, %pcrank. Your carelessness has cost us the small amount of credibility we had among the locals. I'll have more orders for you when you're ready for them. Just be sure you're more careful in the future.

Then this saber is for you. We have a few enchanted weapons stored here at the post for emergencies. We can afford to part with this one as a reward for your excellent work. Use it well. I'll have more orders for you whenever you're ready for them.

You saved Meldras? Well done, %pcrank. He broke Imperial Law by trading with them, but I think he learned his lesson. It would be cruel of us to punish him any further. Now, I have a question for you. Do you prefer blunt weapons, spears or long blades?

Thank you for returning him to us, outlander.

It's great to have him back.

You actually brought him back! Our family will be forever in your debt, outlander. I never thought much of the Legion. Maybe some of you really do care.

You want to know what happened, I take it? I suppose I owe it to you. Gemstones have been hard to come by since the mine shut down. Qorandilia and her gang have a steady supply from their... activities. She's been selling them to me. The meeting before last, I tried to get away with shorting her on a pouch of sapphires. The whole gang was waiting for me next time. The only reason they didn't kill me was because they wanted to know about -- well, that's not important. Thankfully you came when you did.

Yes, that's me! Can we travel together out of this place?

Yul-Nammula told you where the cave is. Go and see if Meldras is there.

It sounds like Meldras was making a deal with these outlaws. I've heard rumors before that the Avilo family's suppliers. Now I see why Dravosa was light on the details. I've never heard of this Kunashpat place, though.

Talk to my mother about that. I have to protect the store.

If your Legion is worth anything, you'll bring my husband home.

I'll be honest with you, outlander. I didn't tell your commander the whole story. I know who kidnapped Meldras. It was a gang of outlanders run by an Altmer named Qorandilia. How do I know? I don't see how that's any of your business. I just want you to find him. I'd have my son go look for him, but I'm worried that Qorandilia will send her gang after the store. Meldras wouldn't want that. She told me that the gang is based out of a place called Kunashpat.

Get moving on this, %pcrank. Meldras could be in serious danger.

Meldras and his wife, Dravosa, run a shop called Avilo's Gems and Metals. Dravosa approached me and told me that her husband was kidnapped by a group of outlaws. She was rather sparse with details. I'm not sure why. Go and talk to her. Find out what happened and bring Meldras back to town safely.
