I gave you the key to the door, %PCRank.

If you are looking for Methas, you will need this key to access the door at the top of the stairs.

I only had the one key to the cell.

You need to see Methas Hlaalu? Very well, here, take this key to the cell. You may need another key as well. If you ask Gilyan Sedas, he should have the key to the stairwell. Methas is in the empty storage room at the bottom of the stairwell.

Methas was my brother, and he was interfering in the affairs of the Morag Tong. I do regret the decision to have had him locked away. I didn't really know at the time how to deal with his meddling. His involvement in the Balmora riots gave him a bit of a reputation. It was all quite a big mess to contain, especially when I heard he was investigating me; something he had no right to do as he was no longer Grandmaster.
