They're locked up in the Tower? You're trying to get to them? You can get to the Ebon Tower sewers from the west sewers via the sewer pipe under the tower bridge. Prepare to do some diving and lockpicking. The entrance to the Legion Dungeons should be somewhere in the eastern part of the upper sewers of the Ebon Tower. Don't let the guards catch you. Disposition ≥ 30 Old Ebonheart, Sewers: Maintenance Room
If they are in trouble, it's their own damn fault. Real thieves wouldn't have gotten themselves caught by the guards. You're far too sentimental, %PCName. I say good riddance. Antio Florane
I don't blame you. But if you can't do this, no one can. With the guards arresting all Guild members on sight, most thieves are out of town. Antio is a no-show again. And I'm just a tinkerer of funny-looking lockpicks. If you think it's too much for you to handle, you must go into exile for the time being. There's a grotto called Khalammu in the central sewers. Use that to leave and later re-enter the city without anyone seeing you. Hone your skills, do jobs elsewhere and come back when you're ready. Yggulf the Mute
One last thing. I might be stating the obvious here, but for the love of gods, stay out of sight. If the guards catch you, you'll end up in the same hole as Moranie and Fentus and it will ruin any chance of ever getting them out. Stay hidden and good luck! Yggulf the Mute
Getting to them won't be easy, but it's possible. The city's sewer system is connected to the Ebon Tower sewers. You can get to the eastern sewers from our hideout. From there, keep going west until you reach the tower bridge sewer. It will lead you underneath the Ebon Tower, where you might be able to find an entrance to the Legion dungeons. Should you have trouble finding your way, someone at the Palace of Beggars might be able to help you. Yggulf the Mute

They're kept in the Legion dungeons, deep underneath the Ebon Tower, waiting for judgment. Moranie probably will get a relatively light sentence, a few years of hard labor, but the captain... they'll hang that old pirate for sure. Breaking them out of there would be downright impossible. But perhaps you'd be able to sneak in undetected and manage to have a word with them? Find out if, by some miracle, you could help them? Maybe Moranie could have a plan. Yggulf the Mute
