You're speaking with him now.

Oh, I've got my share of problems. The mine's nearly exhausted. The Hlaalu undercut us by paying their miners next to nothing. Profits have been going down every quarter. Meanwhile, I'm either explaining to my team why some of them need to work half-day shifts, or I'm stuck in here doing bookwork. And I'm pretty sure there's glass going missing!

Thank you for your help, outlander.

How strange. I could've sworn there was something going on. Well, thank you for clearing that up. Please take this gold for your time.

Is that so? We cannot let this brazen theft continue. Thank you, %PCName, on behalf of House Indoril. Take these as a reward for your part in bringing this thief to justice.

What have you learned, outlander?

I need you to find out what's troubling him. Look for Nethran in the Miner's Hall. It's on the other side of town, right next to the western gate.

As you wish. Still, I could use the help. Come back if you've got the time.

I've had him working out of the Miner's Hall in town, but he's been hard to get in touch with lately. It almost seems like he's avoiding me. I suspect there's something troubling him and I'd like you to look into it. Do you think you can do that for me?
