After what you did? No. Unless you make amends, no one in %Faction will ever trust you again.

Fine work on that one, %PCRank. May we never see that beast's like again.

The beast is dead? Music to my ears. You are a proven warrior in my eyes, %PCRank. I have more duties if you are willing to undertake them.

Do not underestimate the beast, %PCName. Until now it has eluded my men and stuck to harrying travelers, but there is no telling how dangerous it may be if cornered. I am sure that it is no ordinary nix-hound.

The hound in question has been stalking the roads to the east, harassing travelers. They say that the air grows cold at its approach and that its sting will chill you to the bones. Such an abomination of nature has no place in the lands under my protection, and I need you to kill it. Edosi Irano, a hunter and retainer quartered here in the Kogotel, tracked it to the cave of Atemu due east of here. Speak with her if you need more thorough directions.

You actually killed him? Makes my job easier, that's for certain. Thank you, %PCName.

That old monster? I had a run-in with him, yes. It was a warm day, and yet suddenly I felt this terrible chill. Real fierce, like a Velothi mountain wind. Then out of nowhere it was on me, mandibles snapping! Still scares me to think about. Anyways, I managed to fend him off and tracked him to his lair in Atemu before making my way back. You want to try killing that devil? Be my guest.
