He's dead? Figures. He got exactly what was coming to him, as far as I'm concerned. If you want to play a hero in the Armun Ashlands, you best come prepared. Etras Llendeno
By now, he's either become food for the crowned kagouti or joined the pile of rotting corpses of the archeologists at Shaden. He didn't have what it takes to survive the ashlands. Etras Llendeno
The boy was getting quite unbearable with his tiresome tirade. I was about to lose my temper and mess him up, but then I had a great idea. I convinced him that if he wants to prove himself, the cavern of Shaden is the place to go. Worked like a charm -- he took the bait in an instant. Etras Llendeno
Much appreciated, friend. So, about that Imperial. Yeah, I've talked to him. At first, he seemed like a decent enough sort, but after a few bottles of mazte loosened his tongue, he started singing praises of the Aedra he so foolishly worships. He said he was sent to the Armun Ashlands by Arkay on a mission to cleanse the lands of undead and vampires. One look at his equipment told you all you needed to know, though. The ashlands would chew him up and spit him out. Etras Llendeno
Sure, take your time. I mean, it's only your Imperial friend's life on the line. Heh, no big deal, ain't it? Etras Llendeno
You're looking for that foolish s'wit? A waste of time, if you ask me. But if you insist, I'll tell you what happened if you buy me a drink. A bottle of greef, say? Etras Llendeno Disposition ≥ 30
You mean the adventurer who rented a room here a few days ago? Unfortunately, I don't know where he went next. Try asking one of the patrons downstairs. Gulvu Dreth Disposition ≥ 30
You should ask Etras Llendeno. He spent the night drinking with the Imperial. Disposition ≥ 30 The Grey Lodge
Good luck with your search. Just make sure you don't venture into the Armun Ashlands unprepared. Torasa Fols
Yes, an Imperial adventurer matching his description visited my store not long ago. He claimed that he's a devotee of Arkay and is preparing an expedition to the Armun Ashlands. He asked me to enchant his cuirass and then departed immediately. It was quite late, so he planned to take a silt strider to Menaan and stay for the night at the Grey Lodge on the way to the ashlands. Torasa Fols Disposition ≥ 30
What an unfortunate way to die. I hope that his Divines have granted him rest and that the Tribunal can absolve me of my sins. Ulran Teryon
I guess there wasn't much to salvage, anyway. Nevertheless, thank you for giving me the news. Please accept this small reward for your efforts. Ulran Teryon
Yes, that's definitely my work. Oh, just look at it. Do you see the bite marks? Those horrid beasts must have chewed through the clasps like they were paper. I can't save the boy's life, but at least I have to make this right. [He repairs the cuirass.] There, good as new. Please, take the armor as a token of my appreciation. It should serve you well. It's the least I could do to atone for what I've done. Ulran Teryon
So my fears have come true, and the only one to blame is myself... Almalexia forgive me. What happened to the cuirass? Ulran Teryon
What did he look like? Did he have long, blonde hair? That's right, that was Synell indeed -- he mentioned that he was heading to the Armun Ashlands. So my fears have come true, and the only one to blame is myself... Almalexia forgive me. What happened to the cuirass? Ulran Teryon
You would? That's very kind of you, %PCRace. I'd recommend asking Torasa Fols, the enchanter who runs a shop next door. The Imperial mentioned that he'll have the cuirass enchanted before he sets off for the wilds. A reasonable idea, but not even the mightiest enchantment will protect you if your armor breaks in half. Please let me know as soon as you find out anything. Ulran Teryon
He's a Cyrodiilic adventurer who was staying in Bal Foyen for several weeks. Told me he was preparing for an expedition. Something to do with his faith in the Nine, I think. I sold him a cuirass with clasps made from inferior materials -- the ones from an accursed shipment of steel I received. If he's still wearing it, I'd loathe to imagine what could happen to him. The clasps could break at the most inopportune moment. I need to warn him somehow, but I have no idea where he went. Ulran Teryon Disposition ≥ 30
