This bounty has been ordered by Lord Ilvi himself. An Imperial named Turedus Esdrecus has stolen punavit residue from our chapel. Apparently, he jumped into the river and headed north on a boat. Our spies in the city of Bal Foyen have tracked the boat to a cavern named Issurnawia. Just follow the coast northwest from Bal Foyen, and you'll reach it easily.
