A Writ has been issued on the outlaw Ulyn Menathren. He and his gang have been robbing and killing pilgrims along Veloth's Path. Their camp can be found along a brook in Othreleth Woods. To get there, walk Veloth's Path from the south gate of Hlan Oek, and follow it past the first gourd harp and the Raran Ancestral Tomb, until you see a dirt path branching off on your left. Follow it south and then west until you reach the bandit camp.
