Since Maphix is dead, I suppose you no longer need it.

It's south of town. Just follow the road till you see an ancestral tomb. Turn south over the hill and you should see the entrance.

A pleasure doing business with you, %PCName. I'll transfer the deed right away.

That doesn't look like 650 septims to me.

Go and get it from Maphix then.

Do you have the 650 gold yet?

A pleasure doing business with you, %PCName. I'll transfer the deed right away.

Hurry up now, before I change my mind.

Very well, you've convinced me. I'll ratify the deed for the low cost of 650 gold.

You seem good company, %PCClass. My answer remains no, though. I'm not selling to an outlander.

Maphix Ovimus sent you? I'm not selling my land to an outlander like him or you.

Maphix Ovimus sent you? I'll tell you what I told him, %PCRace. I'm not selling my land to an outlander.

It's worthless now. I'll have to find another buyer.

To get to Ushudartus, take the road south out of Hlan Oek and follow it until the road bends east towards a bridge. Leave the road and head south over the hill till you see a pond. The entrance is across the water.

Thanks again for helping me get this cave.

Thank you for helping me. Here's your reward. I'll be heading over there now to get set up. Meet me at Ushudartus if you want more work.

Thank you for helping me. Here's your reward as well as the money you gave her. I'll be heading over there now to get set up. Meet me at Ushudartus if you want more work.

You've made it very hard for me to do business here. Leave me.

I asked you to convince her to sell, not murder her! Leave me, %PCName.

Go on and give her the gold.

So, you managed to convince her, but she still needs gold? Well done, %PCName. Here, take this gold to her.

Talk to Varinisi Onosi and convince her to sell Ushudartus to me.

Thank you for reconsidering. I'll make it worth your while.

Did you need anything?

I haven't convinced Varinisi Onosi yet.

Thank you, %PCName. I'll make it worth your while.

Then I'll just have to talk to her myself again.

Varinisi Onosi owned this nearby cave but had been unwilling to sell it to me. Her death has further complicated matters, unfortunately.
