Well done with the vampires, %PCName. I'm afraid our business partnership is at an end.

I'm afraid pest control falls under your jurisdiction.

I'm afraid these plans are over.

I'm not sure I like the way you're looking at me. Let's call this whole thing a wash, shall we?

You say there's a vampire infestation? In our iron mine? It's more common than you think, I'm afraid. Pest control falls outside of my jurisdiction.

You say there's a vampire infestation? In our iron mine? It's more common than you think. I'm afraid pest control falls outside of my jurisdiction. However, you managed to save the life of one of our best scouts, and for that I must reward you generously.

Did something happen at the mine? My reports from Erarius have stopped. That isn't like him. I'm afraid our plans must stop here for the time being. If we have no further business, %PCName, I must leave you to it then.

Have you met with Erarius yet? He should be waiting for you at the mine.

Wonderful! The name of the mine is Anbarsud. Luckily for you, we've already begun preparations. Head to the mine and meet our scout Erarius Verenius. He'll help you check out the mine, then we'll start getting things back to normal. The mine is far to the southwest of Old Ebonheart. It's in a huge quarry north-northwest of Arvud, or directly southwest of Menaan.

Oh well. If you ever change your mind, you know where to find me.

You don't appear to have enough money to cover this, I'm afraid. Don't worry, I'll hold it for you just in case. Hurry back now!

The East Empire Company has recently acquired the deed to an abandoned iron mine. For only six hundred septims YOU can be a majority shareholder. Don't wait -- this opportunity could be snatched up by someone else. Will this make a profit? With a lot of hard work, and I do mean a lot, yes! I can tell you're not from around these parts. This could be passed down your family line for generations and establish you here in Morrowind. What do you say; will you accept this offer?
