It's a dangerous route through the desert, but we shouldn't be seeing this many attacks with Belron Hlaalu's protection. Head back along the Purple Road and deal with the raiders. There is no call for leniency here, and I have no wish to waste coin on a bounty. When you find the attackers, you're to ensure justice is done swiftly and permanently. The caravans should never leave the road, so I recommend you follow the route back towards Septim's Gate Pass.
