I won't mourn her. I do, however, mourn my reputation as a stern, but just, enforcer of our sacred laws and customs. Tell me, %PCRank... who bears the blame for that? Milara Orvayn
That was outstanding work. I don't expect anyone to publicly blaspheme against the Tribunal anytime soon. Milara Orvayn
I've heard rumors that you claim to be the Nerevarine. I don't know what to think of these rumors, but I'm afraid you chose to join the evil that you were supposed to fight. I will not give you any duties right now. Milara Orvayn
You did what now?! This is terrible news, %PCRank! You were supposed to formally challenge her to a duel in the Narsis Arena, where all would see the strength and righteousness of our faithful! Now we will appear either like cowards... or like thugs. Do you understand how many look to us in moments like these? That some of our followers might take you as an example, and do misguided justice themselves in a similar situation? Leave me now. I must reflect on how to mend the shame this brings upon the Temple. Milara Orvayn
How goes the matter of the duel, %PCRank? Has the time come to uphold the Tribunal's honor? Milara Orvayn
What a victory, %PCRank. To see the Truth defended with such precision -- it honors Lord Vivec, who entrusted this temple to safeguard Muatra. Take these bottles from my family's own store. Rest, %PCName, and return to me whenever you're ready for more duties. Milara Orvayn
The whole city is talking about it! %PCRank %PCName, the righteous crusader from the Temple, against the blasphemous crusader from Cyrodiil! Be careful when you fight her: she's known to be a formidable fighter, and losing the fight would bring considerable shame upon the Eight-Bones Temple. I would likely be recalled to some wind-lashed monastery in the Velothi Mountains... and you, %PCName, would not return at all. I hope you understand -- I loathe the cold. Milara Orvayn
I don't know where she is. You'll have to ask around. The Hlaalu won't lift a finger -- not openly, at least. They avoid upsetting the Imperial authorities. Someone like her usually ends up dead before long -- likely by the Camonna Tong, if I had to guess. But that's exactly what we must avoid. If she dies by their hands, it will look as though the Temple did nothing while an outlander has insulted our gods and our faith. I want you to challenge her to a duel in the Narsis Arena and strike her down in the name of the Tribunal. Milara Orvayn
She arrived in Narsis while you were away. A Red Templar. What's her name again? Well, it doesn't matter. You'll find her easily enough. She's loud, even for an Imperial. She's been spewing blasphemous lies about the Tribunal as soon as she got here, and she's doing it in public! If we were in Almas Thirr or Vivec, I would have her thrown in jail, but we're in Narsis, and my Ordinators can't act against outlanders outside of Temple grounds. Milara Orvayn
I've had enough of this. You want to fight me, %PCRace? Let's do it right here, right now. It's been a while since I had a good tavern brawl. Antigone Calathes
Why must people preaching false religions always take themselves so seriously? Alright, %PCRace, I deem you a suitable opponent, worthy of being squashed by my hammer in front of the people you claim to be fighting for. I'll meet you in the Arena, as soon as you're ready. Antigone Calathes

A duel? What are we? Petty lords from rural High Rock, feuding over who rules a bunch of illiterate peasants? You're not worth my time, %PCRace. Antigone Calathes
They're powerful sorcerers, who managed to extend their lives by signing pacts with daedra. It's obvious to anyone outside of this bug-ridden place. When Talos came here in all his glory, these crumbling old wizards bent the knee, like any other mortal on Tamriel. And now they're ashamed to appear in public and talk to their people. When was the last time you saw your ''living gods'', %PCRace? Antigone Calathes
What are you talking about, %PCRace? Only a god could have so swiftly conquered the whole of Tamriel, armed with only the power of his Voice, the strength of his arm, the fastness of his will and the fealty of his Legions! The demon-sorcerers of Morrowind bowed before him, and now lie broken, hidden within their sacred cities, after having faced true godhood. Antigone Calathes
Alright, ash-face. Say hello to your false gods whenever you see them. How long has it been since they dared crawl out of their holes? Antigone Calathes
Alright. Wait, are you a follower of the Temple, %PCRace? What's gotten into you? Don't you know those ash-faces and their false gods are the most racist bigots in Tamriel?! Antigone Calathes
Right you are! Crossing the Valus Mountains into the land of ash, giant bugs, false gods, and more ash! Antigone Calathes
That Red Templar getting killed was a bad look, but someone was bound to come after her after the muck she stirred. Imperial Legion Riverkeep
That Red Templar getting killed was a bad look, but someone was bound to come after her after the muck she stirred. Imperial Legion Narsis
With all due respect, %PCRank, the way you handled the situation significantly degraded our reputation in Narsis. Maybe some other Temple in Morrowind will need your services? Temple Narsis
Looks like the situation solved itself without too much collateral damage. I don't think it needs to be talked about any further. Great House Hlaalu Narsis
I heard she was killed. Can't say I'm surprised. It wouldn't have happened if the Hlaalu or the Temple had done something about it. Dark Elf Narsis
I heard she was murdered in the tavern she stayed at. She went a bit too far in provoking the locals but still... I wish the Imperial authorities would do a better job protecting people against this kind of violence. Narsis
Your triumph over that blaspheming fanatic was the stuff of legends, %PCRank! Thank you for defending the honor of the Tribunal and the sanctity of the Temple! Temple Narsis
A beautiful fight! Congratulation on your victory over that lying, blaspheming n'wah, %PCRace! Dark Elf Narsis
Yes, a duel to the death, I heard. She was screaming at you five feet away from me. Narsis, Gold Dragon Inn
Are you talking about Antigone Calathes? She's quite respected among Legionnaires over in Cyrodiil. A spectacular fighter, very devoted to her order. I wish she'd keep it a bit quieter though. Having a high-profile Imperial slandering the Dark Elves' gods doesn't make our job easier on the ground. These people are superstitious, stubborn and easily offended. Acting against her would piss many people off over in Cyrodiil, but I fear the violence that could result from her inflammatory behavior. Imperial Legion Riverkeep

Antigone Calathes? Yes, she's been talking all sorts of slander about the gods of the Tribunal. It makes the locals nervous, and I'm afraid she's putting herself and other Imperial colonists at a greater risk of violence from Dunmer thugs. There's really not much we can do. We're not enforcing law in Narsis and she's not breaking any Imperial laws. Imperial Legion Riverkeep

Yes, we all know about her. She's in the Foreign Quarter spitting her blasphemous lies. She should be arrested and trialed, but the Imperial Legion won't move against one of their own, and the Hlaalu are afraid of upsetting their Imperial friends. I expect they'll send one of their goons take care of it at some point. Temple Narsis
Who? Oh, yes, I must admit her case has been brought to my attention. A delicate matter. We're handling the situation with great care. We certainly don't need the interference of the Temple in matters of law and public order. Great House Hlaalu Narsis
Do not worry, %PCRace. The situation is under control and will be dealt with shortly. Guard Great House Hlaalu Narsis
That Imperial blaspheming against the Temple? Living in the biggest trading city in Morrowind has its benefits, and it has its drawbacks. Outlanders talking out of their asses is one of those... inconveniences. I'm sure the authorities will deal with the situation. Dark Elf Great House Hlaalu Narsis
A Talos fanatic staying at Gold Dragon Inn, shouting blasphemies louder than a drunk Nord bawling a sea shanty. Ordinators aren't doing anything. Hlaalu guards aren't doing anything. Imperial authorities sure aren't doing anything. Mark my words, %PCRace, this is going to end in blood. Dark Elf Narsis, Foreign Quarter
I heard a Red Templar recently arrived in Narsis. She's staying at the Gold Dragon Inn and causing quite a ruckus glorifying Talos and slandering the gods of the Dunmer. I wish she wouldn't do that. The Hlaalu are the friendliest to outlanders in Morrowind, but I'm afraid she's giving us a bad name. There's bound to be some kind of retaliation, and knowing the locals, it won't be pretty.
