The distillery's not difficult to find. Make your way to Menaan through Bal Foyen by strider, then follow the road east until it forks south. It should be at the end of the road -- difficult to miss. Work with the owners to see if you can't clear up this confusion with Ji'Zirr.

However, imagine my pleasant surprise upon hearing that some brave individual had already proactively resolved the matter. Perhaps if you happen to cross paths with them, you'd be kind enough to pass along these tokens of my appreciation. Oh, and perhaps leave that key with me.
