Ald Iuval is a Redoran settlement not too far north from here, across the bridge and a small walk that way. The first thing you'll probably see is their Temple. The second thing you'll notice is the amount of paupers outside. I occasionally visit to check on them, but now I'd like someone else to fill my shoes.
