I don't have the time to deal with those people.

Done told you. Not a horker. You big dummy.

Thought so, dummy.

Ugh. That was good deal. You die now, dummy.

Okay, dummy! Look, people think I just sell, but I make too! All kinds of potions. Ask any time for Julie's recipes; I tell all!

No! No jail! Wait, uhh... I know. Listen. Julie best alchemist in Tamriel, know lots of secrets. Let's make deal: you forget thing you said, you learn Julie's recipes.

Wha? Oh, yeah, some of them like that. That's why they so cheap, dummy!

Who say that? They stupid! I not horker!

I don't see why that kind even comes here. I sell everything a person could reasonably need.

She's quite an oddity. If you stand close enough to her, you can hear the ocean.

Oh, I see. Well, I recall her talking about visiting Seitur to trade with, in her words, "a bunch of dumb farmers." Her name is Julie.

Alright then.

I took her back to the mainland. Why do you ask?

I'll need more information than that to rattle off about my passengers.

I took her back to the mainland. Why do you ask?

Well, thanks for stopping by.

We get that type every now and then. Garish beyond belief, but not as unwelcome as outlanders who ask too many questions.

I'm sure you two have a lot in common. No need to involve me.

You couldn't imagine how much apathy I feel about this.

What is it this time, outlander?

I will give this matter my full consideration. In the meantime, I trust her to your custody.

I see you've brought company. Are you her mentor?

Really? Oh, wait, I prepared for this. *Ahem*... %PCName, We are honored to be graced with your investigative skills. For your effort, I award you the title of Nan Iban Inspector, a weighty office which you are more than suited for. To mark your new rank, here is the hat of the Nan Iban Inspector. Wear it with pride.

What have you found this time, outlander?

Wear your title with pride, outlander.

That dumb hawker sold me a diseased potion. It was supposed to be invigorating, but it was just spoiled gruel with lumps of crab in a sealed bottle. It gave me Swamp Rot. If I could get my hands on that s'wit, I'd force her putrid soup down her throat and see how she likes forgetting how to breathe. Rellus took her back to the mainland, I think. Who knows where she is now.

She'll regret giving me Swamp Rot.

She's right behind you. I think she's trying to make a deal with me. Is there any way you could get rid of her?

Oh no, she's still here. What do I do now?

She was eager to fight, but... it's still awful that she had to die by violence.

I'm just glad to be rid of her. Thank you so much. If you ever need a good deal, just ask. I'll be happy to oblige.

I thought that was an accident? I'm sure you're right though, since you found the body. I'll take her in for questioning.

Is that her catching up with you?

I think there's one right behind you.

That's a very serious charge. I'll take her in.

Is that her catching up with you?

Yes?

Oh, you mean the barbarian. She had an exhibition in front of town. It was... memorable. I think she's pestering Manus now.

Looks like she'll be staying for a while. Exciting times for Seitur.

No thank you, I don't want to get sick.

We don't have a large variety of services, so every now and then we get traveling merchants, loud and gaudy, looking to make easy gold. The most recent sold rotten potions. You should talk to Idav Theryn. He nearly died.
