You took care of the pirates? Excellent work, %PCName. Serjo Deroth's friendship with you does him credit. I'll make sure his shipment of drinks is delivered as soon as possible. I'd hate to be the one who holds up a big party! Sevedonia
Well, the pirates have been quiet recently. My understanding is that some adventurous sort assaulted their stronghold and killed the lot of them. That was you? And you're a friend of Serjo Deroth's? In that case, I'll make sure his shipment of drinks is delivered as soon as possible. I'd hate to be the one who holds up a big party! Sevedonia
They've been boarding ships and ransoming for release of the cargo. I believe they operate out of some ruins on the outskirts of Ald Iuval, north of the town proper. I can't count the number of missives I've sent to Felmaru Llendu requesting she do something about this, but her inaction doesn't surprise me; Redoran ships pass by the pirates' little stronghold unmolested. Nor can the Hlaalu Councilman Hleryn, or Governor Rethan of Othmura, do anything about it, for fear of angering the Redoran. Sevedonia
House Redoran is supposed to deal with problems like that. What else have they got those big towers for? If the pirates are operating that close to the Redoran strongholds, then it seems to me like something fishy is going on. Sanvyr Deroth
