It hasn't happened for a while, but I've never been able to work out where the bastard's coming from. Apparently one of the slaves up at Orelu plantation saw lights to the east of here, at the base of the cliff at Aegondo Point on the night of one of the thefts. Myself, I'm not going anywhere near that daedra infested place. Who knows if the light was something more sinister than a guar thief. You look like the adventurous type though, so if you're looking to bring him in, that's where I'd start looking.

I have two leads for you. My first guess is Galdasi Thendas, that incompetent excuse for a thief up in Ranyon-ruhn. She is a terrible pickpocket, but she is just clumsy enough to steal something that leaves a trail right to her door. She was lurking around here looking suspicious a few months back. Check with the guards there. If she is not your mark, try Tel Ouada; I have heard whispers of similar trouble brewing in that direction.

Galdasi Thendas is a likely suspect. Ask the guards at Ranyon-ruhn and see if she was acting suspiciously.

I've heard similar rumors of theft at Tel Ouada. Perhaps you should check there.
