I've only ever seen the one that lived up-river, so I don't know a lot about them. But at least that one was hideous. Naru Ouradas Disposition ≥ 30

You found a way for Naru Ouradas and the fishing kobold to coexist peacefully. You did well, %PCName. Even though I don't know the kobold personally, it is a creature of Malacath, same as me. Please, accept this talisman as a token of my gratitude for helping it. Should you ever find yourself in the Velothi Mountains in the presence of my kinsmen, the Malahk Orcs of Clan Bulg, show them the talisman and they will show you hospitality. Ahakh gro-Bulg
You should've just left that kobold that lived by the river alone. It wasn't a threat to anyone. Ahakh gro-Bulg
In my opinion, you should just leave that kobold alone. I don't think it's a danger for anyone. But, if you want to let the little fellow know that it's not wanted here and that it should look for a new home, I can write down some phrases for you. Don't bother handing the note to the kobold -- they can't read. Just read these words out loud to it. Here you go. Ahakh gro-Bulg Disposition ≥ 30
The kobold language is quite a primitive one. The grammar and the core vocabulary are derived from the ancient Old Orcish and the rest of their speech is mostly onomatopoeic grunts, gargles and hisses. You know, the sounds a child would make. Those of us fluent in Orcish can communicate with a kobold. And anyone with a basic understanding of the Ehlnofex languages -- that is to say: anyone with a modicum of intelligence -- should be able to do it, too. Ahakh gro-Bulg Disposition ≥ 30

Blue little fellows with red eyes. Just leave them alone, and you'll be fine. Ahakh gro-Bulg Disposition ≥ 30
Disgusting creatures. It is as if a pack of rats had cut off their tails, stood up on their hind legs and said to themselves: 'Let us be men.' They live in caves and near sources of water in the west of Morrowind. Scout Disposition ≥ 30

Kobolds are faster, wilder and less intelligent cousins of the goblin, and prefer to hunt in packs. They do not wear clothing, though some might wear baubles like torcs and armbands. They are a bit smaller than goblins, with slate blue skin, eyes like smouldering embers, and long, straggly hair. They are found in caves and near sources of water in the west of Morrowind.
