Some time ago I sent a request to the Sixth Family in Cyrodiil. It's been long enough that they should've sent a letter back, but I've received nothing. Someone at the Census and Excise office might know why. Due to the nature of my request, I expect the contents of the Family's response to be sensitive. I am willing to reward you quite well for its delivery. Provided it has not been tampered with, obviously.

Did you check in at Septim's Gate Pass? That's where I'd look for it.

I don't believe we've received any correspondence for Sodreru Hlaalu from Cyrodiil. It's possible it was held up at the border. An issue with paperwork or taxes, maybe. If you wanted to find out for sure you'd have to head over to Septim's Gate Pass. You can walk west along the Purple Road to get there, but if I were you I'd just take the guar cart from the Market Quarter to Shipal-Sharai and then to the fort.

You'll want to check in the Census and Excise office. It's in the Northern Gatehouse, on the bottom floor. Sassane should be able to tell you if it's come through the border.
