Damned thieves. Who knows where it might be now. Thank you for looking. You were a lot more useful than the guards. Ferdogest Ronator
I suppose the thief must have been startled by a guard and dropped it. No, that can't be right. I guess I really did just misplace it. How embarrassing! This has never happened before. I'll have to apologize to the guards. Thank you very much for all your help. Here's your reward -- oh, and I'd rather you didn't mention this to anyone, %PCName. Ferdogest Ronator
I had a look at the clothes up here, and then it was when I was speaking to the merchant from back west, Xastos, that I discovered that my ring was missing. I hope that helps you retrace my steps. You'll be able to recognize my ring because it's enchanted. Thank you so much for your help. Ferdogest Ronator
Thank you so much, %PCClass. I definitely had my ring when I arrived in the bazaar. I started downstairs, first speaking to the Nord alchemist. I had a long conversation with the Dres merchant, and then I had a bite to eat in the dining area. I had a look at the downstairs clothier, but I didn't buy anything from her. I browsed the bookshop on the mid-level, and then I came up here. Ferdogest Ronator
You can't? That's unfortunate. Have a good day, %PCClass. and watch out for those pickpockets! Ferdogest Ronator
I definitely had it with me when I arrived at the Bazaar, but now it's gone. It must have been stolen by a pickpocket. I've tried reporting it to the guards, but they aren't interested. I want to try retracing my steps to see if I can track it down, but I'm worried that's exactly what they want me to do! I have a lot of other valuable items with me, and if they can corner me on the stairs then they could take everything. At least up here I'm safe. If you can help track down my ring then I'll reward you. Ferdogest Ronator
No, I don't remember anyone like that coming in here. He must have eaten at one of the stalls outside. Maldus Sendrul Disposition ≥ 30
I don't think I served that customer. Try talking to Harold over there. Erilen Rothalor Disposition ≥ 30
I noticed your friend wasn't wearing a ring when he was browsing my stall. He must have lost it downstairs somewhere. Salora Thirothan Disposition ≥ 30
You don't get much theft in the Grand Bazaar. The guards are too vigilant. Your friend probably just misplaced his ring. Beleru Dalen Disposition ≥ 30
I remember the customer, but I don't remember whether he had a ring or not. Ardi Oaken-Cave Disposition ≥ 30
That outlander was bothering me for ages. He wasn't interested in buying anything and only wanted to talk about Dres law and customs. I didn't notice whether he was wearing a ring or not. Sirari Adras Disposition ≥ 30
Nibenese chap with a goatee beard? I sold him some food. It was probably a bit downmarket for him -- I remember he had a lovely shiny ring on when I handed over the plate. Shame that he's lost it. Harold Elk-Cleave Disposition ≥ 30
Yes, he came over here to look at my clothes. I remember looking at him and thinking that he was too well dressed to be interested in what I have to sell. He definitely wasn't wearing a ring -- I remember thinking it was unusual that he wasn't. Niluva Beni Disposition ≥ 30
I think I remember that customer. I sold him a few things. There was nobody else in the store when he was in here, so if he was pickpocketed it must have been somewhere else. Mogduk gro-Atulg Disposition ≥ 30
Yes, I was speaking to Ferdogest when he realized his ring was missing. I was keeping an eye on him when I saw him come back upstairs -- it's a slow day and he looked like a possible customer. I didn't see anyone go near him. I think he must have lost his ring downstairs. Xastos Evorissia Disposition ≥ 30
Your friend has already reported his missing ring. He did not provide any evidence of a theft or identify any possible suspect. We work extremely hard to protect law-abiding citizens from criminals, but we believe that in this case it is most likely that your friend simply misplaced his ring.
