The Camonna Tong's presence in the Foreign Quarter is usually quite limited. Looks like they might be getting spooked by us and the Ja-Natta Syndicate taking hold here, and are starting to send their goons to push us out. And while those goons are here, they figured they might make some cash on the side, so they started extorting some of the local proprietors. Parena Avethyn is one of them.
