This particular Founder's Helm belonged to the Waters March Redoran in the distant past. Go talk to those Redoran retainers and convince them to leave peacefully before things escalate further. You should speak with Ivul Hleryn about the situation as well. They're on the bridge just outside the Hleryn Estate. And be careful -- they all look like they can handle themselves in a fight.
