Greydust smugglers? Well, thinking about it, I did notice a pair of tough-looking thugs lugging something heavy to the east of here. An Imperial man and a Nord woman. Maybe they're the ones you're looking for. In any case, try not to leave too much of a mess while dealing with them. I'll be the one who has to clean it, you know.

The Narsis sewer system is a damn maze. You could get lost in it for weeks, before succumbing to thirst, getting eaten by rats, or being mauled by the countless thugs and madmen wandering its halls. I know of one sure way to get to the Council Quarter sewers. Go to the Arena. There's a hatch in the basement that goes to the west part of the sewers. From there, you should be able to find your way to the central part quickly, and then hope you'll run into someone lucid enough to help you find Koldi the Pup.

I'm of the opinion that Thorleif is a bit of a hypocrite. He's right in that greydust is a terrible drug, but the skooma the Thieves Guild distributes isn't exactly much better, is it?
