A Smuggler Found

Himnatis in the Water's Shadow tavern of Llothanis has asked me to lure a smuggler named Gritnol to a room beneath the tavern, so that he can take him into custody. Apparently, in addition to smuggling moon sugar and skooma, Gritnol has passed Imperial secrets to Great House Dres.

I tricked Gritnol into going downstairs to meet in a private room by claiming to be interested in purchasing moon sugar. When we arrived in the room, Himnatis confronted Gritnol and they fought briefly before Gritnol was paralyzed. Himnatis asked me if he should take Gritnol into custody or just kill him... I asked Himnatis to spare his life, and he agreed to take Gritnol into custody.
