A Stunning Proposition

Maniel Sylbenitte of the Mages Guild in Old Ebonheart asked me to bring him one of the Scrolls of Stunning Domination. The scrolls are kept in a secure vault at the Crossing of Lamps in Roa Dyr, behind a magical barrier.

I brought Maniel Sylbenitte one of the Scrolls of Stunning Domination.

Now that my vampirism has been cured, I can no longer help Maniel Sylbenitte retrieve the Scrolls of Stunning Domination.
