Bounty: Heem-Wan and Illisheeus

Agronak gro-Dumag, in the Bal Foyen Imperial Commission, has told me about a bounty on Heem-Wan and Illisheeus. If I want to collect the bounty, Agronak says they're likely near the plantations south of Bal Foyen.

I've given up on hunting the bounty for Heem-Wan and Illisheeus.

I've slain Heem-Wan and Illisheeus.

Agronak gro-Dumag paid out the bounty on Heem-Wan and Illisheeus.

Agronak gro-Dumag is dead. I can no longer collect the bounty on the rogue Argonians.
