Daedric Origin

In the central Council Quarter sewers of Narsis, I found two vampires who asked me what I believed the origin of vampirism to be. They clearly didn't like my answer, as they then proclaimed to be Namira worshippers and attacked me for not crediting her.

They admitted to being Namira's worshippers, and Modogail, one of the vampires, asked me to fulfill the Daedric Prince's request. She wants me to kill the three rogue Orlukh vampires hiding in the cave of Zabamallit because they reject Namira. The cave is located not far west of Menaan.

After I cured myself of vampirism, Modogail no longer wants me to eliminate the rogue Orlukh.

Modogail thanked me for carrying out Namira's will. She revealed to me the location of an artifact belonging to Namira. A "haughty mortal" is hiding it in "the most secured corner of Bal Foyen" and it's supposed to have powers of deception useful to a vampire. She also gave me an enchanted amulet.
