Kill Argo Hlon

Ja'Basska has a contract on Argo Hlon at Othrano, whose marauding has earned the ire of both the Hlaalu and Indoril. Othrano is south-southwest of Idathren.

Ja'Basska thanked me for killing Argo Hlon, and paid me the bounty.
