Tainted Goods

A member of the Fighters Guild, Arfil, was sent to clear out the ruin of Ald Mirathi, but has not returned. I am to go to Ald Mirathi, clear out the ruins, and rescue Arfil.

When I entered Ald Mirathi, I discovered Arfil, completely paralyzed.
