Permil Danconis has told me that a local apothecary, Mist-Eyes, has been having trouble with a thug outside his shop. I am to go to Mist-Eyes' shop and speak with him about the situation, and do whatever I can to protect Mist-Eyes from the thug.
The Potion Seller's Past
Mist-Eyes tells me that the man outside his shop means him harm, and that he wants me to get them to leave -- by force, if needed.
Saliraz told me that Mist-Eyes was an assassin in Cyrodiil who had fled to Morrowind to avoid punishment for his crimes, and that he is here to enact justice on Mist-Eyes for attempted murder. He has requested that I bring him the key to Mist-Eyes' private quarters.
I sold Saliraz Mist-Eyes' apartment key. He has said he will leave.
Saliraz rewarded me for killing Mist-Eyes.
I have intimidated Saliraz into leaving.
I have killed Saliraz.
Mist-Eyes thanked me for dealing with Saliraz.
Permil Danconis thanked me for resolving the situation with Mist-Eyes.
Permil Danconis was enraged that Mist-Eyes was dead, and told me I would not be receiving further orders.
Galan Brandt informed me that Mist-Eyes had been found dead in his home, and was furious. He told me that he would not give me further orders.
Saliraz was not impressed by my threats of force, and remarked that the local guards would not care if he killed me.
Champion Darnell said he could not help me directly, but wrote a "letter of arrest" for me. While it has no actual legal significance, he says I might be able to use it to scare Saliraz off.
