I met Sevra Andules, a slaver trader, at Tel Onoria. She complained to me of her sick slave, Jeela, who appears to be afflicted by a Blight disease caught by an errant cliff racer from Vvardenfell. She asked me if I could find anyone local who would cure Jeela. If that doesn't work, a Potion of Cure Blight might, but those are only found on Vvardenfell. I agreed to help Sevra Andules cure Jeela's Blight.

I've been told by a Telvanni of Tel Onoria to visit the Veralan Farmhouse, east of the tower. An Ashlander healer from Vvardenfell named Hansarat has been staying with the farmers, and may be able to cure Jeela's Blight.

Hansarat agreed to cure Jeela, but on the condition that she be freed as well. I agreed to do this. I must find the key to Jeela's slave bracers, which Hansarat says are almost certainly to be found in Tel Onoria's Registry. Then, key in hand, I am to meet Hansarat and Jeela on the landing east of Tel Onoria's silt strider platform.

I cured Jeela.

Sevra Andules paid me for curing Jeela's Blight.

Hansarat and I cured Jeela's Blight and freed her from slavery. I was given a Master's Alembic and Retort as a thoughtful gift.
