Artisa Rethan recently sent a shipment of aid to the needy in Ald Iuval under a caravaner named Arsyn Omathan, but it hasn't returned. She asked me to travel to Ald Iuval to look for the caravan and find out what happened.

Arsyn Omathan, the caravaner bringing Artisa Rethan's aid to Ald Iuval, told me that he's being blocked from entering Ald Iuval by a guardsman of House Redoran.

The Redoran guard blocking the entry into Ald Iuval believes the aid to the needy is a Hlaalu ploy to encroach on Redoran control in the Waters March. He challenged me to a duel to prove my honorable intentions.
