Vizier Ereven Peronys asked me to eliminate the major threats to House Hlaalu: K'Vatra, leader of the Ja-Natta Syndicate, and Mervis Llarel, leader of the Narsis Camonna Tong.

Both threats to House Hlaalu power in Narsis have been eliminated. The Vizier hired some master trainers from across Tamriel who are now staying in the banquet hall of the Second Family Manor.
