Captain Maurrisha tasked me with settling a merchant dispute between Vols Valdri and Olres Iladri in the Old Ebonheart plaza.

Olres Iladri claimed that he's been trading in Old Ebonheart for years, and that the only requirement to claim a spot is to get there first.

Vols Valdri says that the Minister of the Treasury gave him permission to sell his goods from the contested spot.

I was pointed towards the office of Marsh & Ellerian on High Street for legal advice regarding the merchant dispute.

At the office of Marsh & Ellerian, I was told that the Minister of the Treasury has no authority over land rights, and therefore could not have given Vols Valdri the contested spot.

I brought up the merchant dispute to Parandil, the Minister of the Treasury, but he said he had no idea what I was talking about. He denied having any authority over land rights or street merchants.

I sided with Olres Iladri in the merchant dispute. Vols Valdri was upset with my decision.
